Eleven things that are live and working.
Products are what exists today and you can use now. Projects are what is still being built. We try hard to keep the difference honest, because most organisations blur it.
How the free and the paid fit together, because it is a fair question. The maps and the networks are free and stay that way. The method is free and lives in the books. The operating system is what you buy, and you buy it once. Sponsorships and consulting pay for the rest, and half of all advertising revenue goes to good causes. Members can use their Reward Points for discounts on much of what is sold.

Cagora
Find people who share your interests, nearby or anywhere in the world.
Cagora is a community platform for finding people who share your interests, locally and worldwide. The name comes from the agora, the marketplace of ancient Greece: a shared space for learning, meeting and trading.
Clubs are quieter than they were, hobbies have moved online, and groups are hard to find. Interest communities are as scattered as causes are. The group you would love is probably ten minutes away, and nobody has told you it exists.
Choose your interests, from gardening and board games to sailing, choir, Star Trek or beekeeping, and see how many others share each one locally, regionally and globally. Find the clubs, groups and regular meetups that already exist, or start a new one, with a guide to how many people it needs: about twenty for a choir, two for chess. Spread it with ripple codes, posters and invitations.
It is not social media. There are no feeds and no posts. Cagora runs on the same map and login as Care Share Do, with its own opt-in, and a page appears for each council area once ten locals have joined. Only totals are ever shown, never individuals.

Climateers
The climate and environment zone of the network.
Our climate mission: together, let's rewrite the end of the climate crisis story by 2030. Climateers helps the people who care about climate, AI safety and other wicked problems find each other, wherever they are on the journey, and gives them the systems and tools to do more with what they already have.
Climate work is mostly done by small groups who are short of time rather than short of intent, and who rarely know who else is nearby. Both of those are fixable.
Climateers sits inside Care Share Do and draws on the same map, scoped to climate. It brings together every climate solution across eight fields, from energy and transport to food, nature and the built environment, with pages for regions and topic sites such as food waste. Solutions and regions open as volunteer partners take them on.
There are four ways in, depending on who you are. For you, the 42 lessons of Changemaker42. For your organisation, Augmented Teams. For your community, looking after one region or one solution as a volunteer partner. To deliver it to others, facilitator certification.

Tile It Forward
Pay forward a postcode, and shine a light on a local cause.
Tile It Forward is how the network pays its way without charging members. People and organisations sponsor a tile of the map, a postcode or a larger area, and nominate a community organisation whose logo, link and card then sit on it.
It is deliberately scarce: one sponsor per postcode, at US$1 a square kilometre, with a US$25 postcode tile and a US$100 banner tile. Sponsorships run until 1 January 2030.
Half of every sale goes to good causes, and we publish where it goes on our giving page. The other half keeps Care Share Do free. Registering is free now, and tiles go on sale on Giving Tuesday, 1 December 2026, released in hourly batches in the order people registered.
- For
- Anyone who wants to back a local cause and be seen doing it
- Price
- US$25 for a postcode tile. US$100 for a banner tile.
- One per place
- One sponsor per postcode
- Where the money goes
- Half to good causes, half to keeping the network free

Changemaker42
A 42 step guide from overwhelm to agency in the age of AI.
The changemaker journey: a 42 step guide taking people from overwhelm to agency in the age of AI. The 42 lessons are a free download. There is an overview book, and a deep dive for anyone who wants the long version.
Alongside the lessons sit 42 AI-guided quests, in six packs of seven. A lesson is something you read. A quest is something you work through with your own AI, personalised to you, ending in something you keep.
Four of the six packs are free. Packs four and five come bundled with the 10P Operating System, for an individual or an organisation.
It was written for the point before anyone is part of anything. No membership, no team and no organisation required, which is deliberate, because overwhelm is usually where people are standing when they first decide this matters to them.
- For
- Individuals who care and do not know where to start
- Free
- All 42 lessons, and four of the six quest packs
- Lessons
- 42, to read. Learn, Journey, Connect, Organise, Transform, Impact

c42Learning
Books built to work with your AI.
Read a Context Book and upload it to the AI you already use, or run a Companion Book as guided quests that each end in something you keep.
It is the home of our own library, and the titles ladder up rather than sitting side by side. Changemaker42 is for one person deciding where to start. The Augmented Leader is for the organisation they work in. The Augmented Community takes the same method out to a whole field, and the food waste edition is the first of those. Same loops, widening circle.
Alongside them sit curated books, whole podcasts turned into askable libraries, and living how-to guides.
After launch the library opens up. We will be partnering with podcasters and authors to turn their work into the same thing: a Context Book their audience can hand to an AI, and a Companion Book that turns listening or reading into something done. Most good material still assumes you will act on it afterwards, somehow. Very little of it is built for the AI now sitting beside the reader.

The 10P System
A management system built from five iterating loops, for individuals, teams, organisations and communities.
We were inspired by the power of iterating loops, and built a management system out of five of them. They can be run as frameworks that guide you, or integrated with an AI operating system that stores and manages memory and context as a second brain.
It is designed to work at every level: individuals, teams, organisations and communities. It is a synthesis of proven management, quality and business innovation methods, specifically adapted for organisations doing meaningful work.
We did not invent any of this. We rearranged it. Statistical quality control, the Toyota Production System, Kaizen, Lean, Agile, design thinking, OKRs. A Business Model Canvas or a theory of change sits inside the 10P rather than being replaced by it. What changes is that they stop being separate exercises and start feeding one another.
The ten Ps start with the two we think matter most: People and Purpose. Four parts sit in two groups at once. Those are the hinges where work hands over.
The 10P rhythm turns with four other loops
Each one compounds something different, and each writes what it produces into the same memory, so what one person works out this week is what everyone has next week.
The loop inside all the others. Capture the insight that made you sit up, so it comes back as context rather than evaporating when you close the tab.
Who, Why, How, What. Find the opportunities that fit who you actually are, using identity insights rather than a job title.
Somebody works something out, uses it on real work, then passes it on, so the next person starts where they finished.
Conversations into connections, connections into collaborations. The relationship becomes something the organisation holds rather than one person.
All five loops are free
They are set out in full, with the exercises to run each one, in Changemaker42. No fee, no account. If you take all five and never speak to us again, that is a good outcome and it was built to be possible. What is charged for is the operating system that makes them run together without you having to design it.

Augmented Teams
Putting AI to work alongside the people organisations already have, rather than instead of them.
People centric, technology open, in that order. Augmented Teams is a registered business name of Climateers Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne and working across Victoria and beyond, and it is the arm that pays for most of what is free across the network.
The team is the unit. Most AI adoption is aimed at individuals and produces exactly that: a few individually productive people, and an organisation that works the way it always did. A team is the smallest unit where capability actually compounds. One person's shortcut stays a shortcut. A team's becomes how the work gets done.
The goal, then, is not a smaller team. It is the same people with more room, better alignment and better information. Three things get in the way and none of them is technical: complexity, so it keeps being deferred; fragmentation, so whatever anyone worked out is wherever they left it; and no feedback, so the next person starts from nothing. Buying AI fixes none of that. Pointed at an organisation in that state it does not clean up the mess, it makes the mess faster.
It stays yours. Everything runs in tools you already own and pay for. Nothing sits on their platform, nothing is locked to one AI provider, and the system is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. If Augmented Teams disappeared tomorrow, what you built would keep working exactly as it does today.
- For
- Organisations adopting AI without losing what makes them good
- The unit
- The team. Where capability compounds rather than stays personal
- What gets built
- Five loops your people run, and one memory they all write into
- Where you see it
- Growth, efficiency, quality, knowledge. Efficiency shows first, quality takes longest
- Four rungs
- A guided week on your own, then your team, then ninety days with a facilitator
- Commercially
- Most of it free. The rest bought once, not subscribed to

Ecosystem Mapping
A designed picture of how one region's system actually fits together.
Who produces the problem, who works on it, who funds and regulates it, and where the gaps are. Built as part of our ecosystem design thinking process, which always begins by mapping the stakeholders before anyone proposes anything.
It is not the same thing as the Care Share Do map, and the difference matters. That map is a live, worldwide, self-serve database of people and organisations. An ecosystem map is a made object: one region, one field, drawn once and kept current, arranged so you can see the shape of the whole rather than search within it. One answers who is out there. The other answers how this works here.
The worked example is the Victorian Food Waste Ecosystem Map. Food businesses on one side, solution providers arranged from prevention down to landfill in the middle, and the enablers and government who fund, regulate and convene on the other, plus four views that pull out one group at a time. Published under Creative Commons so anyone can use it.
It is a snapshot, not a live feed. That one is accurate as at August 2024 and it has been going gently out of date ever since, which is true of any picture of a sector. We date them and re-cut them rather than implying they are current. If you want live, that is what the map is for. This is the considered version, and the two do different jobs.
We build these for others: local government, regional bodies, industry associations and businesses. It is usually the first piece of work, because you cannot convene a sector you have not mapped, and it is quoted per region.
- For
- Local government, regional bodies, industry associations, businesses
- What you get
- The full map plus views by stakeholder group
- Not the live map
- That one is worldwide. This one is drawn, dated, and about one place.
- Why first
- You cannot convene a sector you have not mapped
- Licence
- Creative Commons BY-SA. Yours to use, including commercially
- Status
- Live. The Victorian Food Waste Ecosystem Map, as at August 2024, is the worked example.

Action Summits
A whole sector in one room for a day, run so the day produces something.
Food businesses, solution providers, local government and the enablers who fund and regulate. Run as a structured design thinking process rather than a conference.
The format is the thing worth having, not us. A running order, four stakeholder groups, and a set of rules about who speaks when. It is repeatable, and it should be repeated in far more places than we could ever be, so the intent is to write it down and hand it over.
It has its own site, because people arrive at it directly looking for a date and a ticket.
- Open the problem
- What is actually happening, from the people it happens to
- Panels
- Prevention, rescue, recycling, from operators not commentators
- Workshops
- Small groups, one theme each, real constraints
- Prioritise
- Dot-vote what to prototype, and who will do it
- The real output
- Everyone in the room now knows each other

Consulting Services
AI and execution for climate organisations. Waste and emissions for food and agribusiness.
AI and execution for climate solutions organisations: adopting AI and the 10P System so the impact they already have goes further. This is where we start.
Sustainability consulting for food and agribusinesses: waste audits, transition plans and emissions reporting, run by chemical engineers. No win, no fee on the initial audit.
Governance and evidence. If a board, a funder, an insurer or an auditor is going to ask how AI is being managed, the same build produces the evidence rather than a separate exercise afterwards.
